Overview

Mr. David Lebor graduated with a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh. He received a master’s degree in Sociology/Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. He has practiced law for more than thirty years in the Philadelphia area, first as a partner at Blank Rome followed by a position as General Counsel with a major regional real estate developer. David has specialized in all aspects of commercial real estate on a local, regional and national level including, among other things, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, leasing of all types and lending with and for projects ranging up to more than $200,000,000. In addition, David has taught multiple real estate CLE courses and real estate law at Temple University’s Real Estate Institute. Earlier in his career, David taught Criminology at the University of Pennsylvania and Criminal Justice courses at Temple University.
